Our PetPage App

To access the PetPage App on your smartphone, simply scan the QR code below or search for PetPage in your Apple or Android App store. Once you download the app, you must use the email address that is on file with us when signing up to view your pet’s records. From your desktop or phone, you can access your pet’s vaccine history, request appointments, prescription refills and communicate directly with our client service team either through text message or via email.
