I cannot properly express how thoughtful and kind they are. I switched vets simply because of customer service. But once I started going to Colonial, they redefined great service. I truly feel that they care for my animals’ needs as well as my own. So thankful for their team.
The entire staff of Colonial Manor hospital is the best around. Very loving kind, and they take care of your animal to the highest level of awesome service.
5 Stars. Fantastic Doctors and staff. I have been bringing my Amazon Parrot here for many years. Dr. Dave has found a way to connect with my bird (who can be difficult/non-cooperative) that other vets have not. Great animal hospital. A+++
Great experience! I switched vets because mine was still insisting on curbside, and that doesn’t work with my cat, and I couldn’t put off medical care any longer. The staff was great, and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and great with Bandit. They didn’t waste my time or money! I’m looking forward to using them for all of my veterinary needs.
They were great. Normal vet was closed. Taking new patients when other places weren’t. Took time with my dog and educated me. They got him in for a sick visit same day. We will definitely be switching to them permanently.
